Remove efflorescence and hollow areas from the base surface to expose a clean, solid cement substrate (keep the base surface dry before construction).

Level the surface using traditional methods such as microcement putty (Purpose: Reduce the consumption of thermal insulation materials).

Apply wall bonding agent emulsion (or similar emulsions) to the wall surface. After waiting 2–3 hours for surface drying, apply the second coat of emulsion. Once the emulsion is fully dry (after 5–7 hours), proceed with thermal insulation construction.

First, stir thoroughly from the bottom of the container. Then, add an appropriate amount of water (if needed) and stir until the mixture reaches a viscosity suitable for construction (e.g., for troweling or spraying).

Evenly trowel (or spray) the well-mixed Tuwang thermal insulation material onto the wall surface (a single application can achieve a thickness of 0.5–3 mm).

After drying, the wall can be decorated (options include applying putty with a hard sanding layer, painting, or wallpapering) (Surface drying time: 2–6 hours; complete drying time: 12–36 hours).

Precautions:

Substrate Preparation: Ensure the wall surface is dry and free from moisture. Remove dust, oil stains, and loose layers. Repair cracks to achieve a smooth surface.

Ambient Conditions: Construction temperature should preferably be above 5°C (for equipment applying heat, the temperature should remain below 90°C). Avoid working during rain, snow, or strong wind conditions. Areas with poor ventilation, such as internal corners, require enhanced drying measures.

Technical Requirements: Stir Wangtone Thermal Insulation Coating thoroughly before application. When applying multiple coats, ensure the previous layer is completely dry (typically 2–4 hours). Brushing, troweling, or spraying should be even—avoid excessive water addition or thick application to prevent sagging.
