This product has excellent thermal insulation effect, with a temperature resistance range of -60℃~220℃. Leweishi is a low-density thermal insulation coating that achieves high heat resistance and insulation by blocking three heat transfer methods (convection, conduction, and radiation). The vacuum microsphere polymer coating structure of this coating can block and scatter more than 76% of thermal radiation. Theoretical value: 1.0 liter/square meter/millimeter. The actual consumption varies depending on the construction method, substrate surface, and construction environment.

Substrate Treatment
The substrate must be firm, solid, dry, clean, free of floating dust and oil stains. The pH value of the construction substrate surface should be ≤10, and the moisture content should be <10%. Remove all loose surface substances.
Construction Conditions
The ambient temperature during construction should not be lower than 5℃, and the humidity should be lower than 85%.
Drying Time
Surface drying: 30 minutes at 50℃; hard drying: 24 hours (drying time varies with ambient temperature and humidity).
Recoating Time
30 minutes at 50℃.
Storage
Store in a cool and dry place at 5-35℃. Seal the remaining paint properly to prevent deterioration caused by impurities. Clean construction tools in a timely manner. Keep out of reach of children.
